Welcome to Brad Olson Auctions! These terms and conditions govern your use of our online auction platform. By participating in our auctions, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration:
- To participate in our auctions, you must register an account with Brad Olson Auctions. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Bidding:
- All bids placed on our platform are binding contracts to purchase the item at the price bid.
- Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
- Brad Olson Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our discretion.
- The highest bid at the close of the auction will be the winning bid.
- In the event of a dispute, Brad Olson Auctions has the final authority to determine the winning bidder.
3. Payment:
- Winning bidders are obligated to complete the purchase by paying the full amount of the winning bid, plus any applicable taxes and fees.
- Payment must be made within the specified timeframe after the auction closes.
- AUCTION COMPANY reserves the right to Demand Payment By CERTIFIED FUNDS &/or WIRE TRANSFER.
- AUCTION COMPANY prefers to accept cash, Check & certified funds..NOT all CREDIT CARDS ARE WELCOME
- Absolutely NO Items to be shipped willed be billed via Credit Card...make Payment arrangements before bidding
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Item Description:
- All items are sold "as is" and "where is," with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
- Item descriptions provided on our platform are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
- Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person or request additional information before placing a bid.
- ALL BIDDERS UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYTHING IS AS-IS AND BECOMES THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER IMMEDIATELY AT CLOSE OF AUCTION .
5. Buyer's Premium:
- A 10% buyer's premium will apply to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be 10% for each ITEM. Unless expressly listed different in an auction term or Item.
- The buyer's premium is added to the winning bid to determine the total purchase price.
6. Shipping and Pickup:
- Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping of items.
- Brad Olson Auctions may offer shipping services for an additional fee. Please refer to individual auction listings for details.
- BIDDERS AGREE THAT ALL SHIPPING IS AT BUYERS' RISK & NOT the responsibility of BRAD OLSON AUCTIONS. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
- Items not picked up within the specified timeframe may be subject to storage fees or disposal at Brad Olson Auctions' discretion.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from your use of our platform or participation in our auctions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
- The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
- FAILURE TO PAY, WILL RESULT IN ALL LEGAL REMEDIES AVAILABLE..Any non-payer or failure to pay will result in Notification off this status to Other Auction Cos.
8. Changes to Terms:
- Brad Olson Auctions reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
- ANY & ALL TERMS are the sole discretion of auction company
